Søren Huss

Søren Huss is the leadsinger. He writes the lyrics, plays the guitar (and the piano in It's OK love) and sings in the band. Søren was born on the 6th of september in 1975, which makes him the oldest member of the band!
Where does his name come from? Søren is the scandinavian name for "Severino". Severino is the Italian, Spanish and Norwegian form of the ancient Roman last name Severinus. In the sixth century, there were a lot of saints named Severinus. In it's scandinavian form, the source of the name probably lies with Søren Kierkegaard, an old Danish philosopher who is seen as founder of the existentialism, a form of philosophy.
The name Søren stands for "Strict/serious".

Jeppe Langebek Knudsen

Jeppe Langebek Knudsen plays the bass guitar. Jeppe is, just like Søren and Palle, a member of Saybia since the beginning. He was born on the 17th of august in 1976. Jeppe also sings the backvocals in some songs.

Palle Sørensen

Palle Sørensen was born on the 8th of september in 1979 and is the drummer of Saybia since the very beginning.

Sebastian Sandstrøm

Sebastian Sandstrøm plays the (electric) guitar in Saybia. He was born on the 30th of june in 1978 and hasn't been with Saybia since they started. In 1997 he joined Saybia to stay with them.
His name stands for "Respectable, majestic".

Jess Jensen

Jess Jensen was born on the 8th of march in 1977. He has, just like Sebastian, been with Saybia since 1997. Jess plays the keyboards en also does backvocals just like Jeppe. He also plays the organ and harmonica.
